My fish tank (gold fish) is extremely cloudy?

3 days ago I got a new/ bigger tank, cycled it(Used some water from my established fish tank). Everything was spotless and new. I put the 2 old fish in 1 day later (2 days ago).
The tank was spotless until I came home with my 2 new fish yesterday evening. I put both sets of 2 fish in separate bowls and changed 30% of the water. It still seemed cloudy. I put some Organic Waste eliminator and some Accu-clear(for fish, not the eye drops obviously) in the tank. It never got fully clear but it was starting to get late so I introduced all the fish.
I noticed the filter wasn't working too well. It was a cheap filter that came with the tank so I kept that in and added my old 3-5 gallon filter. (2 filters in the tank).
I got up today and the water was a little more cloudy. I fed them and now it's really cloudy.
This cloudiness is different than the yellow/ orange tint that the water gets when it needs cleaning. Cloudy or murky is really the best description I can come up with.
I am going away tomorrow evening and my mom will be feeding the fish for me. She doesn't like to deal with them, so please help if you could:)

Sometimes it could take a while for the filter to clean out the water. It usually turns cloudy when they defecate or if you feed them, but just give it some time, the filter will do its magic. One thing you might want to check is if your filters can handle the size or volume of your tank. If they are too small, then you might want to consider getting another one, a bigger one. Also, have you tried cleaning your filters?
