my fish needs help!!! OMG!!?

i came home and found him stuck to the filter..i turned it off and hes still alive but cant swim..he just sinks to the bottom..should i put him out of his misery..please help!!!
pLease!!!!!!!!
 
some fish are more hardy then others , I once had a red belly piranha get attacked by its tank mates and it couldn't swim at all but in a matter of days it came back to health , Never flush a fish unless it is floating around the tank or on the surface of the water ,That means it is dead . fish can rebound pretty well.Oh and do a 25 % water change .
 
sadly most likely he will die but he still has a chance! so no don't kill him yourself i don't even want to know how you wear going to do it!
 
if he was stuck to the filter he was probably dying already so just leave him in the tank with the filter on low to see if he rcovers
