My fish is picking on her buddy! Help =(?

I have a White Oranda Goldfish (2-3 y/o) and a Clown Loach (? y/o) in a 10-gallon tank. I have a bubbler and a filter and a few plants, its lovely. However, my oranda keeps nudging my loach, she just keeps headbutting him in the side and i think shes eating his food before he gets to it. What should i do to get her to stop bullying him? And furthur more, how can i make sure he's eating (he eats so slow, it takes an hour, i cant really monitor it. Plus, his food disc pellet things dont get soft enough to eat for like 5 min)
 
If your goldfish is ramming the loach from the side it is trying to do major damage to the loach. I highly suggest not allowing them to be tank mates.
 
Well take the other fish out welly ou feed the other one and then feed the other one so they each stop
