my fish is acting strange...?

i have a male beta and for the passed few days everytime i see him his fins are up and his face is puffed like he's ready to fight.

i'm worried that this is stressing him out and that could kill him.

any ideas on what could be causing it or what i could do?
 
How big is your tank? How many fish are in the tank? Other fish REALLY stress out bettas...especially ones with fancy tails and colors like the betta...
 
lauren has stuffed him up her vaginal opening to many times and now hes pissed!
