My fish in my tank seem to "bloat" and then die?

My 35 gallon fish tank has 18 fish. Neons, tetras, suckers, killfish, danos, barbs, catfish. Basically a tropical fish community. Once in a while a fish, it is not a specific kinds stomach will "bloat" and in a week it will die. Any one know what it is, what causes it, and how to fix it? All answers are appreciated. Thank you.
