My fish has red spots and it was on one fish and its spreading?

I have a few koi fish, and red weird "sucking fish?" brand new (except for 1 koi fish like 2 years old) and there was this 1 black koi fish that had "red mold" on it's lips and fin. It died and now its spreading to the other fish. What is the disease called and what is the cure and why did it happen?
 
You need to find out what it is and how to fix it.I am not sure, but ask your pet shop.
You may have to make a temporary new holding place for your fish while you disinfect the water and pump filter.

First things first, some questions from me need to be answered.

Where do these fish live and how many gallons?
Is there lots of filtration?
Why don't you know what the name of your "sucking fish" is?
Where are the red spots on the fish, does it stick out or does it look like it's under the scales?

Please, come back with some answers because there is no way we can help you otherwise.

I would like to say that there are some Pet store employees that are very knowledgeable. We have a few her on Y!A, however most of the time there is no use seeking help from there.
