my fish has got white spots?

i have just bought 2 black moor fish, they have small white dots but i've only had them for about day. is there a problem with this or is it natural?
 
If they look fuzzy, then that fish is going to die soon.
All my fish got small fuxxy white stuff on them, its a disease that clogs their fins.
This is why I got a dog after.
