My Fish Has Fin Rot HELP?

So I bought 6 Harlequin Rasboras and brought them to my 30 gallon. I floated the bag for 20 minutes then netted out the fish. I observe and theres no problems, then the next day 2 or them get fin rot. I don't know what to do, I can't get the medicaiton for the fish. All I have is salt to use. I also have a cory in my tank so any suggestions.
Now I want to know how much salt to add into my 30 gallon. I have cories so how much do I add in.
