My fish has diseases, how can i cure them?

i have some neon tetras and some guppies in my tank, the nepon tetras seem fine but the female guppies have changed colour and the male guppy has a dirty-looking head, goldish fins, and its tail looks all dirty with tassles hanging of the end of it with red bits. Please help!
Will using water purifier cure this?
