So my family redid their membership at the YMCA and I'm going to go workout there for the first time ever, I've gone swimming a bunch, but the pool part is being renovated so just working out for me. I occasionally run but that's it. How should I start working out? (I don't expect you to know the exact machines there, but just list some) and how long should I work out for and how many days/week? Thanks!
