my first girlfriend that i actually really like wants to have SEX. help!?

my current girlfriend want to have sex already and we been only going out for a month1//2.

i usually wouldnt have problem with this because most of the girls i went out i would be down in a heart beat to have sex but the thing is, is that i really like this girl and having sex now just doesnt seem right. but im afraid that if i dont have sex with her, she might leave me.
