I am enrolled in school and I am scheduled to start on Jan. 18th and still haven't received my awards letter. I completed my FAFSA in Sept. and financial aid application on Oct. 19th, 2010 and I still have not received an awards letter. I have recently been sent a billing statement which the full tuition amount and other fees are to be paid by Jan. 7th. I contacted the financial aid office inquiring about my awards letter and the person I spoke to told me that she "doesn't know where it is....it's with someone"?? Assuming that she means someone is reviewing it? It has been over 10 WEEKS now and I'm trying to be patient, but with school right around the corner, I am starting to get really worried and anxious! It says on their website that once everything is completed it will take 2-3 weeks to receive an awards letter! I have not received anything stating that they need additional info so idk what's going on...This is so stressful! Help please! TIA
