I just got my phone back three days ago because it had some technical problems, and I had to send it in, and get it replaced.
The first two days I got it back it was working great with texts, internet, calls, games ect.
Now I recently got a call from my friend saying I wasn't replying to his texts, and I haven't even gotten them, but whenever I text him, he gets them.
I have tried resetting my phone and it hasn't worked, and that's what they usually ask me to do when I call TECH support.
I have not called today because it's under my Mom's name and they always tell me to get her, but she's away on business.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
