Haha, no. NOT true at all. A woman releases one egg a month if she has regular ovulation and no more, you can't do anytihng to release that egg, your body just does it.

We all wish it were that easy! No, that is not true. The releasing of an egg by a women is called ovulation. I'm sure you already know you can only get pregnant one time a month (12-24 hours). If you want to get pregnant, try having sex every other day and on ovulation day. Sperm can live in a female 2-4 days. When the egg is released hopefully there will be a sperm there waiting for it.
