my fb account hacked twice in 18 days,i can't access my new account,bcz fb not accepting my cell no.?

i used my 2 cell numbers in my 2 diff accounts which were hacked,later on i came to know who hacked my account,i reported that guy,but fb has not taken any action yet,
i am unable to use my new account as fb not accepting my both mobile nos.
please help me.
