my fav and the pearl

Ok so I have the pearl I got it when it first came out and I called CS and they said since it doesn't have the my fav sticker on it. It is not compatible even though the pearls you get now are compatible. Is this true or is CS just sticking to a no sticker no go kind of rule?

Well I think this is true however they should be able to update the phone or the new t-mobile software should include the my fav. I am not sure though. What OS is on your pearl?

not only am i a sales rep with t-mobile but i have the pearl, and it doesnt have the branded myfaves symbol on there na di have the myfaves on my device, if they won't do it for you over the phone sometimes you can call back and talk to someone else who would do it, or go to your local corporate store and they will set it up for you.

No none of the Pearls have a myFaves sticker on them. It doesn't even have the logo on the box like all the other myFaves phones, but it is compatible.
