According to him, the Writ of Possession for an automobile was filed three days ago. However, I have not received a summons. I don't know what to do as far as believing him. My wife, mother and I just finished in court filing protective orders against him because he is insane. Possessions mean more to him than family, obviously. This is of course off topic, giving a feel for what the guys like. Should I continue trying to contact the bank the loan is established under? Or should I just wait and see what happens, then deliver the vehicle to his home and throw him the keys? Problem area: It is the only vehicle my wife and I own, he has made payments on the vehicle in the absence of the inability to find a job in our area. Any advice would be great.
