? I've been wearing contacts for about two years now; not daily but occasionally.
I noticed that whenever I wear contacts, my eyes would feel strained (like I just want to squeeze my eyeballs sometimes
) and dry. Normally I'll use the face mist to dampen my face, especially around my eye area, and put some eye drops. The relieving effect doesn't last too long though.
? However when I wear contacts for sports (as in I sweat and all) then it's fine. It doesn't feel too strain/dry.
? Is this normal? And what should I do to relieve it?
The strain is probably worse than the dryness. Plus with strained/sore eyes, my eyes tend to look, well, strained and squinted-ish. Like I just woke up. Help.
It feels as though there is indescribable pressure on my eyes.
I'm using disposable contacts, by the way.
