My external usb flash drive is not recognized on any computer. HELP! i've got...

...valuable info on there.? I was listening 2 music from the usb but sum1 accidently pulled it out and there were like error screens in the music thing. so then i plug it back in and it reads Removable Disk F which is my mem stick or flash drive. i press on it but it sez that there is no flash drive inserted and that i have to insert one. so wen i take it out the removable disk f dissappears and wen i plug it back in it shows up again. but then it still sez that i haf 2 insert a usb 2 the usb port F. i've tried everything. uninstall and reinstall. take out the power source. restart. troubleshoot. therse nothing there!
 
Ok, well it was accident. But before you take out flash drives or anything you need to check if it's safe to remove the hardware (hover your mouse above the little picture)
