We had to amend our plans twice too...bloody Local Authorities, reject my extension because one of the windows is considered too small for the rest of the design and was not in keeping with the rest of the houses on the street then allow the take-away around the corner to stick a disgustingly massive perspex cartoon tiger on their exterior wall.  There are no other perspex cartoon animals on any wall in our town so how could that possibly match anything!
