my exercise routine fail?

I am 190 pounds. 16 years old, male. I jog and brisk walk, inbetween, for 70 minutes. I also do weights, I do bicep curls, hammer curl, and other exercises. I also work out triceps. I do push ups. I do my traps. 5 sets of 20 reps. I got muscle milk; protein powder, but people say its trash so I will get the ones at GNC (which ones? Lol) I also got barbell but use that for my traps... no bench :(. I have been doing this for a month now. My diet is veggies and fruits. Sometime I eat the load of junk food cos ill be starving, lol. Oh ye... mondays: cardio, tue: anaerobic, wed: rest, thurs: cardio, fri: rest, sat: cardio+weights, sun: light exercises. No sodas and juice, all water.
