ha ha, He really needs to lie to the judge one more time. What a fool. The judge can get access to his income tax records and business book keeping records so he best be straight up and honest this time.

to lower the amount he owes? Ten years ago he lied on his profit and loss statement and put down some ridiculous number like $2,300. He makes five times that. He agreed to pay $2,000 per month in child support.
Five years ago he wanted to lower it (even though his salary went up) and when asked what his monthly income was, he put $2,500 because he forgot the amount he put last time. Well, the judge looked at this and told him he couldn't lower his child support because he showed an increase in earnings!!! The judge must see that he's lying about his income because he's self-employed. What man who makes $2,300 per month is going to voluntarily give $2,000 of that away every month??? So now he wants to try to lower it again. His rent is $2,700 per month, car payment $800 per month. How can he ever show a decrease in salary???
we are in California. He is part owner in a restaurant/lounge and is in the mortgage business.
