Long story short...
While I was with my boyfriend...he hit my car one night while drinking and driving...I didn't do anything bc well I was in love and he promised to fix it. Well needless to say we had a bad breakup..my parents found out about it (I hid it for 2 months) and its techinally my parents car. He's been really immature and a jerk and I really don't even want him back at all. The damage is estimated at 900$ and that's just an estimate... He denies doing it...but he did...so one day we met up to talk and I recorded the convo and got him on tape saying he hit it. My parents want to take him to small claims court...and we have a lawyer and all..moneys not the issue....its the principle of him doing it...and being drunk. I also have him saying he was hammered while doing it.
He says I bribed him to say it...I didn't...he flat out said he did it on tape...
will this hold up in court?? Will he have to pay??
