he bought me a 2002 honda civic for my bday when we were together.. we since broke up. i saw him at a mutual friends birthday last month with his new girlfriend... they left after i got there.. he stole my car and crashed it into a tree in a nearby park... (i dont know if he stole it FORSURE) but the police said it looked like someone used a key to steal it as there was no damage to the steering column.. is there any way to prove he stole it? should i approach his girlfriend?
