Ok so today I went to my friends house we hung out and did stuff then her little sister(age7) started acting really FUNNY like we almost couldn't stop laughing our butts off ! Then my friend grabbed my arms and said hey" i can throw you over me! so first I then grabbed her arms and pushed her down first(in her house) then she feel right on me then she yanked me up and threw me this time. Then we both screamed a couple of times then I noticed i weird feeling in my chest. When her mom and my mom got back I told them and they said that feeling was my Esophagus. Then after I came back home and ate dinner I ran/walked my neighborhood 2 times with/my/dog then when I ran i could feel my Esophagus hurting again and I'm only 13! What could be the problem? Has this ever happened to anyone?

It might not actually be your esophagus and it might be that you bruised your chest muscles or pinched a rib from the harsh play you were doing with your friend. At your age if you are sure it is your esophagus then you might have ate some thing which made you get an acid reflux. For now you should try to relax and not do any harsh movements and you can apply a muscle relaxant cream on where you think the pain is originating and at the same time you can also take an anti acid medication either syrup or pill (which ever is good for your age) and after a few days if you don't feel any better then I would advice you seek medical advice :) good luck
