my env2 is being weird...can i get a new one?

my env2 is being weird like the outside ok button is working but a lot of the times you have to hit it like 4 or 5 times to get it to do anything....and other days it wont send messages to certin people...anyway i was wondering if it gets worse would verizon give me another one ? i got my phone on dec./26/2009
