...this be fixed? Even after we get him groomed our english bulldog sheds like crazy. I will sit outside and brush him for 30 minutes but it doesn't do anything. Is there a way a way to reduce the hair ALL OVER my house?
 
I've tried everything with ours a well.

Just keep doing what your doing and brush him once or twice a week. We use something called the Furminator it works very well. It reduces the shedding bnpt much but it helps.
 
I started giving my bulldog yeast with garlic powder and I don't have a problem anymore. Any pet store should have it.
 
All dogs shed twice a year. The reason one would see a lot of shed hair is because it is not long enough to tangle & matt. Get a 'Shed-n-Blade', it is meant for short haired dogs. You can use a 'hack saw blade' to get down into the wrinkles & the whole dog as well. It snags the loose hair & drags it out.
