My employer mistakenly took out too much federal ...?

I filled out my w4 in such a way that nothing would come out of my check for federal. Once I noticed that there was a mistake made and $120 came out of my check (which I was counting on for bills), I called them and they apologized and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again. Can I get that money refunded from IRS now, or do I have to wait until next years return?
