I am seeking new employment to get out before my company files for bankruptcy. What do I tell future employers when they ask "Why are you looking for a new job?". I don't want to say anything negative but I do need to give a solid reason for not staying with my present employer. My employer is not paying their bills, upper management is totally disconnected from employees, etc.
