I have a small business on the side of my regular job, and I admit i have made personal calls, and visited my business site on company time, but he knows other employees are using their computers for personal use, and they bring their laptops to work and play games on company time. He wants to fire me and not give me any written warning. He has had other city employees tare up city equipment, complained on for reckless driving, but has never written them up. Do you think i am being singled out, and does this fall under discrimination. I am trying to feed my family so i started this other business, but it has not interfered with my work or performance.
