...court date? I received unemployment(in CA) after being terminated from my job, because of a customer complaint. It was directly related to that one complaint, but now that they are appealing, all of the little minute write ups(1 or 2)and warnings are now part of the big picture being brought up at the hearing. Almost everyone has the same kind of things in their file because this place documents EVERY little infraction (prob to cover their butt when they fire someone) What are my chances of being able to hold on to my unemployment ins? Any suggestions on what to bring up or defend? Do employers or employees have the advantage? As a single parent in this economy I need to keep my unemployment at all costs till I get rehired somewhere else. I was w/ that employer for over 4 yrs. Do I bring that up? If I was such a bad employee why would I remain there so long? What should I say and not say? I'm REALLY stressing out about this Thanks for any help
