It is required for all emplyees at this bank. Even tellers and receptionist and noncompliance = being fired. This statement asks for accounts and their balances and everything including child support and other income. I know this is usual for higher-ups not EVERYONE. If this is not legal, please refer me to what law or regulation applies. People have objected in the past and I guess have been told they would be fired if they didn't do it. Long-time employees say yes they've annually had to do it and like no big deal. I have worked at 2 other banks that have not required this.
