My employer announced factory shutdown within a year, should I move my 401k to

bonds to save some money? I was advised by my employer the factory will close within a year. With the stock market falling we are getting big losses in our 401K's. Would it be wise to adjust our portfolios to bonds and try to save our money? We still have 11 months to go.
