My emails are being marked as Spam?

I use my Yahoo email as my primary contact for an in-home business. Within the past few weeks, clients have been reporting that my emails to them are being marked Spam or ending up in their Spam boxes. How can I fix this problem? It may seem like a small issue but has led to some very big communication difficulties. Thank you!
