okay, i have a russian dwarf.. he's name is William Rutherford or spot for short.. i've had him for almost a month.. when i got him.. i saw a little stain on his butt... but thought he just urinated and got that stain.. then after a week. he seems so fine and so active.. but after three weeks.. his fur seems so thin and its like wet and never dries off. and right now i couldnt even touch him cause he's so jumpy and bites.. then he never stops drinking water.. and when he does drink from the bottle it sounds like he's never had water in his life before.. and its been more than a week. he doesnt "act" sick cause he's still active but he looks so dirty and wet that the toys in his cage gets dirt and fur in it.. is he sick? with what? What should i do? there's no vet here on where i live.. well we do but only with cats and dogs.. what should i do? please help...
