dvd material. Help? trying to burn a dvd... using a dvd-r cd of the memory company (brand new cds) the computer won't respond to accept that there is an empty disc of that kind. NOthing burns!!!
They do break. If you haven't rebooted try that. Make sure the dvd tray is empty and shut. Then reboot. Are you sure your burner burns DVD's and not just CD's. Check on the door.
