Trying to get a job with pg&e...I did my drug diversion and the cases were dismissed... I was on probation... Which is now done and long gone.. My last arrest was 8 years ago... I never know what box to check on my applications... It's asking if I've ever been convicted... With a dismissed case is it a conviction??
