My dogs weird behaviour?

My dog was barking and growling at nothing last night in my bedroom. She then sat for the whole of last night beside my bed, then this morning on my husbands side of the bed. She never slept a wink, I know cause I get up to check on the kids and go to the bathroom. She has slept all morning. Eating and tolieting normal, has been spayed and up to date with everything else.
 
Maybe a ghost?? Well whatever it was, prob just something that freaked her out, hope she gets some sleep soon! ;)
