I gave my Shitzu-Maltese mix a bath last night, and I used baby shampoo because it's gentle on their fur. I was snuggling with her this morning, and I noticed a strange smell. I looked everywhere on her body, and finally found that it was her ear. It looks red, and seems to have an excess amount of brown discharge in it. Her ears have always been healthy and clean...Any ideas of what it could be or what I should do?
My dog's ear is red, looks like it was bleeding, and smells weird.?
