my dog's bum smells like fish?

This may sound a bit weird but, my dog just jumped up on me and the smell of her back-end made me feel sick. It was a fishy smell, she is a female and is 9/10 months old, she is clean as I bathed her last night.

Does anyone know what the problem could be or why she smells this way?

THIS IS NOT A JOKE!
