My dog also use to puke when the vet would give her cephalexin. I would defiantly call your vet and tell them he vomited it up and he may need a different type of antibiotic since he pukes for them. My dog got spayed and her stitches also became infected and had to be put on 2 different antibiotics this was a few weeks ago and she healed up fine within a week.
 
...vomited and had diarrhea.WHY? Im not sure what I should do. He was recently neutered and the stitches are now infected which is why he was prescribed it. I don't want to stop giving it to him because I want him to get better but I also don't want him to suffer by being sick. Help me please!!
