Day dreams of clouds

Earlier yesterday my dog threw up. After a good walk, clean water & a fresh bowl of food he feels better.
Thing is now IM feeling sick!? =[
I woke up just now in the middle of the night with the worst stomach ache I have ever had!
[So much so that even my dreams slightly before waking where about me being in the toilet]
I suspect its my dogs virus since he sleeps right next to me & is around me at almost all parts of my day.
What should I do?
This churning in my stomach is horrible

Throat felt a little sensitive too.
