My dog Lady is a mixed breed terrier. When I go to put on her leash, she pees?

She's scared. Try reassuring her while your approaching and putting on the leash. Never reprimand her with the leash.
 
She gets so excited that she gets to do something fun....go on a walk with you. When dogs get excited, its hard to hold their bladder. Its fine. MAybe take her in the yard before you put her leash on. Is she young? The older they get, the easier to hold the bladder it is for them.
