A while ago my mom ppinyed out that my chihuahua is missing a patch of fur on his side. Its still not grown back and now hes been whining and twitching and biting his tounge and sometimes his eyes roll to the back of his head while hes sleeping. Hes kind of hard to wake up like i cant just nudge him i have to give him a little shove. Hes starting to freak me out, is he sick or is this normal?
