Our neighbor has a mean dog that gets through the fence and hurts our smaller dog. He is mean and snaps at the kids too. We have told the parents and they tell us to go play. I want to kill this dog. We are going to throw bad medicine over the fence if it happens again in some dog food. Sorry, we are just mad.
