My dog barks and goes into a crazy rage when he see bikes and people walk by?

I set at bench with him and he goes nuts, if you put your hand around his face he will bite it during these events. Otherwise the dog is totaly sweet and well behaved. Its a French bulldog....

He's been neutered and it had no effect on his aggression...

When I take him to the dogpark he is friendly with all people ???

I don't know what to do ???
 
It's his prey drive. Desire to chase moving things! you are mostly sitting down when this occurs?if so he's bored and has pent up energy he's just releasing in the way he knows how! i would advise a dog trainer so he could show you hands on the techniques to curb this behavior and re-direct it towards something productive.
