she is just laying around and not drinking or eating anything and when I tried to give her lunch meat she flinched as if she couldn't see it good. She thinks stuff is closer than it actually is I Guess Idk? Help!

The Only thing the vet told me to do is to call animal poison control and they charge $65 to even talk to them
