My dog ate a needle!!!?

I don't know what to do!!!! i'm really worried please help. What happened was my dog entered in my room without me knowing and picked up in a his mouth a thread with a needle atatched to it!!! i ran after him after i knew and showed him a peice of bread so he'd throw down the needle but before i know it the it was gone(the thread with a the needle). I looked around to see if he dropped it but i can't find it anywhwere.....!!!!!!!!! please i wreally want some help on what to dooo!!!!! i am really worried! i don't want him to die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i feel like it was my fault this happened but please don't make me feel that way!!!!!!!!!! i'm really scared i i desperately want your help!!!!!!!!!!! we don't have any vets nearby but i think we should take him to a vet..... !!!! please help!! i'm desperate!!!! don't let my poor dog die!!!! although he has an old habit of eating unedible food likes shoppers, soaps etc... he's never eaten a needle before!! omg!! im really worried please help me!!!!
