won't talk to me? My dog is a rabid, frothing-at-the-mouth Conservative and I happen to be a Liberal. We got into a debate about the military because my dog wanted to enlist in the Army and I was like "no, why would any sane person volunteer to be a killer?" and he just barked at me and went on about how he loved America and wanted to serve his country. I was like "What? How can you love this country when we don't even have universal health care?" and he said that he didn't care. My dog briefly worked for the Dennis Kucinich Campaign last year before drastically changing his views and now he won't talk to me because I called him a "killer." How do I reconcile with my dog?
