C cute_sentraman Guest Mar 16, 2009 #2 Sounds to me the fuel pump is going to ground when power is connecting to it. Make sure you don't have a pinched power wire leading to the fuel pump. This may be the case and the fuse will blow to prevent a fire from happening!
